I asked her to put through to manager or someone higher but she hung up. Thats where i lost my patience, as we are in level 2 our office address can't be ised, hence this is my only address. I asked her to redeliver to the same address and she said she can't do it come and pic up the parcel. I was patient and asked if she is a new trainee and said no. I called again and there was a rude women who didn't even allow me to talk, kept on putting me on hold and didn't give any answer. Then after an hour they said no one was there on the property. I called then enquired about then they said "Yeah its been picked up and we don't know where it is" then made an escalation and on 13th they said its out for delivery.

My parcel has been picked up on 30th August and till 10th of september it didn't move. I am left out of pocket because they failed to deliver the service that was paid for and over all I feel there has been appalling handling of this and terrible customer service. It's not that they couldn't resolve it - refunding me would have resolved it perfectly, they chose not to resolve it. They had to be chased every step of the way for communication and after weeks said they were closing the case as "they could not resolve it" and told me to contact the sender who was in no way at fault and not responsible for refunding me.

I complained and requested they refund the courier cost and cost of replacement item as it would not have been stolen if they had correctly delivered it. Post Haste had zero interest in taking responsibility for this, even though there was documentation of a signature that was not mine on the delivery slip and a photo of it going into the mailbox instead of to me for signature. The mailbox was unfortunately raided that day and the item was stolen. I was actually home at the time the courier came but instead of coming to the door she signed for it herself and left it in my mailbox. I paid extra for a SIGNATURE delivery courier for a TradeMe item. If in fact you can call it a service at all. Just pray, hold your breath and cross fingers hopping the company accidentally will get it right and u will get ur parcel. In this post company you don’t need to call or write anything on the internet because no one will care. Came back from work now at 8 pm nothing delivered. And she sent me email saying I just send instructions to north harbor branch to deliver the parcel according to ur instructions. The lady said no single comment on ur case and she doesn’t know who talked with me.

Called again to see if the driver close to me to deliver it while i m at home. So useless website useless customer services. Next day I called they said sorry the driver has taken it for delivery. I called the customer service and asked them to keep the parcel to collect it from the center in the morning. Next day I came with another card saying no one at home. I went to posthaste website put a request to leave the parcel outside in clear description. Monday afternoon have a card, I missed the guy.
